The sweetheart neckline is softly ruched to shape the bust and give where you need it; the waist is seamed to your true middle before the skirt releases into a long, tiered sweep. Puff sleeves stay modest and soft — just enough shoulder to balance the nipped waist into an hourglass, with the arm coverage you actually wanted. Behind, a smocked panel stretches to meet you, so the fit follows your shape instead of fighting it.
